Habit Networks

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated:

These terms govern use of the Habit Networks website and services, including workspaces, the Eyes extension, and integrations. Please read them before using the services. A separate written services or purchase agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms for the subject it covers.

Eligibility and authority

You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Use the service only for websites, accounts, content, and repositories you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply, your workspace users, and protecting your sign-in credentials and access keys.

Services and availability

Habit Networks provides website, support, and AI-assisted tools. Available features depend on your workspace configuration and service agreement. A feature description, preview, or integration registration does not guarantee that every workflow is enabled for your account or that a particular result will be achieved. We may improve, change, or discontinue features and may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements, subject to any separate agreement.

Connected accounts and permissions

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Habit Networks to use the permissions you grant to provide the requested features. Review the provider’s consent screen and select only accounts you have authority to connect. Cloudflare permissions may cover an entire authorized account even when a Habit Networks workflow targets a particular project. Third-party terms, limits, availability, and charges also apply.

For the current Cloudflare setup workflow, account and resource discovery use read permissions and explicit preview-project creation uses Pages Write. Connecting an account is not a request to modify every resource or to deploy to production. You can revoke access through the provider and disconnect integrations where supported. Revocation does not automatically remove resources already created or reverse completed actions.

Your content and requested work

You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant Habit Networks permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and modify that content as reasonably needed to provide and support the services and carry out your authorized requests. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including permission for recordings and third-party personal information.

Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables, third-party components, and paid work are governed by the relevant written agreement and applicable licenses. These terms do not promise that generated material is unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for every intended use.

Review, recordings, and AI-assisted output

AI-assisted changes and explanations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and test results before relying on them, approving a change, or publishing it. Maintain appropriate backups and use preview environments for evaluation. Do not treat generated output as professional legal, medical, financial, or security advice.

Record or control browsers only with appropriate authorization and consent. Avoid capturing secrets or information that is unnecessary for the task. You are responsible for reviewing the material you submit and the audience with whom you share it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to violate law or third-party rights; obtain unauthorized access; introduce malware; steal credentials; bypass access controls; harass or deceive people; send unlawful spam; or disrupt the services or another party’s systems. Do not misrepresent your authority to connect an account, submit content, or approve work. We may investigate and restrict activity that threatens security or violates these terms.

Fees and third-party costs

Fees, billing schedules, renewals, cancellations, and refund terms for paid services are set out in the applicable quote, order, invoice, or written agreement. Third-party hosting, domain, API, and service charges may be separate. Merely connecting an account does not state the price of future work or authorize unspecified charges.

Domain and brand acquisitions

Domain listings are invitations to inquire. Availability and asking prices can change, and an inquiry does not reserve a name or complete a sale. A domain or brand acquisition requires agreement on price, included assets, payment, transfer arrangements, and any applicable fees.

Suggested business applications are ideas, not existing products, customers, revenue, or guarantees of commercial success. No trademark rights or clearance are represented as included unless expressly established in a separate agreement. Buyers are responsible for their own trademark investigation and for confirming the suitability of their intended use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Your organization may have additional policies and obligations for workspace data. Contact us before submitting information that requires a special processing agreement or regulatory arrangement.

Disclaimers and legal rights

Except for commitments in a separate written agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party services are outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.

Ending access and changes to these terms

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account permissions. Contact us or your workspace administrator about closing an account, ending a paid service, or requesting retained information. Separate agreements govern outstanding fees and cancellation obligations. Account closure and integration revocation do not automatically delete all prior work, backups, or third-party resources.

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement before changes apply. Revised terms do not retroactively change a separate signed agreement.
